
Amanda Louise Holden was born on the 16th of February in 1971. She is an English media personality, actress and a singer. Since 2007 she has served as a judge on the television talent show Britain's Got Talent on ITV. In the weekday mornings, she co-hosts Heart Breakfast radio with Jamie Theakston. Holden was born in Portsmouth, Hampshireand spent much of her early years in Bishop's Waltham, and aged nine, she was a member of the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden also has TV credits, including three series together with Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham on the show Kiss Me Kate, three episodes on ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield, and a special Agatha Christie episode "4.50 from Paddington" for Boxing Day. In Ready When You Are Mr. McGill by Jack Rosenthal, she starred alongside Bill Nighy, Tom Courtenay, and Aleha Dixon. Holden is a judge on Britain's Got Talent along with Simon Cowell, David Walliams, and Alesha Dixon. In 2006, she was a judge on the show.
