Jana Kramer bio

Jana Kramer became famous on TV, in which she portrayed Alex in the One Tree Hill series' finale for the last three seasons. Jana Kramer's debut country album were featured in the episodes of One Tree Hill and helped to push her debut album in 2012 to in the Top 20 of the Billboard 200. Thirty One (2015), the album which followed in 2015 also made it to the Top Ten. The decade came to an end with appearances on Dancing with the Stars, TV films and non-album singles. The self-doubting Voices saw release in 2021. Jana Rae Kramer was born and raised within Rochester Hills Michigan. She was a child who listened to country music, and eventually went on to explore a career in recording. However, she first made an acting debut when she was young teenager in 2002's independent horror film Dead/Undead. Through the years she was on numerous series, including All My Children and CSI: NY before landing the regular role as Noelle Davenport in NBC's Friday Night Lights in the 2nd season (2007-2008). Kramer went on to appear as Portia Ranson on 90210 (2008-2009) and Brooke Manning, in Entourage (2009), before she was tapped for One Tree Hill by the CW as Alex Dupre. Kramer remained with the One Tree Hill team until half way through its last season (2012). Jana Kramer Kramer was a part of the cast of One Tree Hill from 2009 to 2012. She was signed a contract to sign an agreement with Elektra Records, and she released her modern country-inspired track I Won't Give Up in the One Tree Hill 2011 episode. The song was later featured on Jana Kramer, her debut album that debuted in 2012. It reached number five on Billboard Top Country Albums. She remained focused on her career in music following that, and not resigning from acting she was a part of films such as Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would appeal to her music fanbase. Kramer's second album Thirty One, was released by Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of the year 2015. I Got the Boy - an album that was a Top Five Country hit - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer in a duet helped her album make it to the top ten of the Billboard 200. The album was released after a period of two months during 23rd Dancing with the Stars season the singer was ranked fourth. This was also the season that she landed an adult contemporary smash, with the song Feels Like Christmas featuring Straight No Chaser.
